Cut, form, weld, prime
Cutting and burning, forming, machining and welding turn raw steel into finished members. Everything leaves the yard primed in red oxide, marked and matched to the erection sequence.
Erection at site
Hydra and crane, rigging, bolting and alignment — 25 to 40 men on a live plant site, with our own tools, tackle, welding sets and consumables, under your site engineer sign-off.
Tanks, pipelines and handover
Stainless fermenters, pre-fermenters and settling tanks welded with TIG under nitrogen purging; process pipework fabricated, erected, tested and commissioned. Then O&M if you want us to stay.
